3. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, designs, and content developed by Nexo Haven remain the property of Nexo Haven until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nexo Haven will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or revenue increases, as advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Nexo Haven is not responsible for changes to platform policies, pricing, account suspensions, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the contract. Clients are responsible for payment of all services provided up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
10. Changes to Terms
Nexo Haven reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
